Job summary

Shine of Boulder is seeking an entry-level Technician for window cleaning and holiday lighting. You’ll start your day with the team, travel to customer sites in a Shine vehicle, perform required services, and wrap up with a quick recap at the office. No prior experience required; training is provided.

Expect to work outdoors, enjoy a friendly culture, and earn $17–$20 per hour with bonuses. Uniforms and latest equipment are supplied, with paid training and growth opportunities within Shine’s

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform requested services.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met on the job.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap.
