What this role does specifically:

• The Technician will arrive at the Shine office in the morning, attend a team briefing, help load the vehicles with the proper equipment, and travel to homes and businesses to assist the Crew Leader.
• Cleaning windows
• Pressure washing
• Cleaning gutters
• Installing Christmas lights

Entry Level - Window Cleaning Technician Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service (There will be daily interactions with clients)
• Trustworthy when dealing with high-end clients
• Landscaping / Outdoor Experience is a huge plus
• Ladder Work experience is a plus
• Not afraid of heights (REQUIRED)
• Clean-Cut / Professional Appearance
• Safety is top priority!
• High Energy and Outgoing attitude is required

Entry Level - Window Cleaning Technician Physical Demands:

• Commercial and residential window cleaning
• Fast-paced, labor-intensive work
• Bending and reaching for long hours
• Must be able to lift / carry 50+ pounds
