Job summary

TWF Services is seeking cleaners for full/part-time roles in a site-based environment. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, toilets, offices, kitchens and common areas to a high standard, complying with the service level agreement, and using PPE as required.

Training will be provided, with instruction from the Cleaning Supervisor. Suitable candidates will have some cleaning experience, resilience under pressure, and the ability to work as part of a team while maintaining excellent customer

Qualifications

Experience in cleaning and maintaining hygienic environments.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Able to follow defined schedules and operate under varying conditions.
Capable of working within a team and using initiative.
Strong customer liaison and service commitment.
Clear communication with colleagues and supervisors.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

To ensure that the rooms, toilets, offices, kitchens, communal areas and all allocated areas are cleaned to a high standard.
To comply with the service level agreement.
Damp-wipe tables, chairs, desks, and hard surfaces.
Vacuum all soft floors and carpets.
Mop hard floors and empty bins.
To ensure appropriate PPE/Uniform are always used during working hours.
To attend training as and when required.
To take instruction and advice from the Cleaning Supervisor.
