You’ll be coached by current service managers and develop in team leadership, quality service, and customer experience across the location.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role or as a manager from another industry
• Coachability and willingness to learn window cleaning
• Reliability and strong character with high standards
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Own your development with coaching from current service managers
• Lead team performance and drive results through others
• Oversee customer experience at the location as you progress
• Learn Glide systems deeply to run and improve them
