Qualifications

• Must be reliable and coachable and willing to learn.
• Valid driver's license; comfortable working on ladders.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make sure customers are glad they chose Glide; leave each home looking noticeably better.
• Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and manager to prevent surprises.
• Learn and follow Glide's systems; help improve processes.
• Go the extra mile to turn satisfied customers into loyal ones.
• Show up on time, in uniform, ready to work, every day.
