Fish Window Cleaning North County is seeking window cleaners to service Monmouth County with a focus on ground-level storefronts. Work involves driving between sites, meeting at Matawan several days a week, and delivering high-quality glass cleaning from 1 to 3 stories.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist. Responsibilities include cleaning storefront glass, maintaining a vehicle, and adhering to safety meetings.

FT & PT, Monday-Friday, Flexibile shedules, PT =3 days a week, 7:30am-4pm. No Weekends or Holidays. Pay scale based on experience, Tips, Commissions. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401K. Company Vehicle and Uniforms. Room for Advancement

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Clean ground level commercial storefront glass to high quality expectations
• Average day is 15 to 20 storefronts.
• Drive and maintain your own vehicle

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Be an early riser
• Have your own cell phone
• Basic organizational skills

COMPENSATION:

• Percentage performance pay (the more you do, the more you earn)
• Average weekly pay is $500 - $700 (Some cleaners make more)
• Extra periodic bonuses!
• All uniforms and equipment are supplied! (on loan to you)

YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Ability to climb high ladders
• Clean record and drug-free (we have drug testing)
• Team spirit

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
• Able to work with arms above head
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degree
• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
