Fish Window Cleaning North County is seeking reliable individuals to join a field team performing storefront window cleaning across multiple locations. The role involves early mornings, driving your own vehicle, meeting in Matawan several days weekly, and completing 15–20 storefronts per day with a focus on safety and quality.

We offer training, year-round hours, and opportunities to earn $15+ per hour, with potential to earn more through bonuses and commissions.

We are the leading storefront and restaurant window washing and cleaning company in Monmouth County!

This is a full time position (5 days per week) and we work some Saturdays.

There are 4 days of work in Monmouth County area and 1 day per week in Ocean County.

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION:

• -Clean ground level commercial storefront glass to high quality expectations
• -Average day is 15 to 20 storefronts.
• -Drive and maintain your own vehicle
• -Meet in Matawan several days per week

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• -Be an early riser
• -Have your own cell phone
• -Basic organizational skills
• -Attend office and safety meetings
• -Stand on feet all day and use ladders
• -Have your own vehicle in good & clean condition

COMPENSATION:

• -Percentage performance pay (the more you do, the more you earn)
• -Average weekly pay is $400-$500 (Some cleaners make more)
• -Extra periodic bonuses!
• -All uniforms and equipment are supplied! (on loan to you)

YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• -Ability to climb high ladders
• -Clean record and drug-free (we have drug testing)
• -Team spirit

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
• Able to work with arms above head
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degree
• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork is required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
