Job summary

Men In Kilts is hiring enthusiastic individuals to join our outdoor service team. You will perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing for residential and commercial clients, while using company trucks and equipment.

A strong emphasis is placed on reliability, teamwork, and providing exceptional service, with pay based on base rate plus potential commission and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and professional conflict resolution.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for residential and commercial clients.
• Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, and gutter cleaning.
• Safely operate trucks and maintain equipment, process payments and paperwork.

Men In Kilts is a leading home service company providing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing services. This is a no drama job. We show up for work every day, work hard, and get paid well. Men in Kilts wanted. No boys allowed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial customers.
• Window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing and gutter cleaning.
• Safely and efficiently operate our fleet of trucks and maintain our equipment.
• Process payments and paperwork.
• Engage in business development activities such as distributing marketing materials and occasional community events.
• Represent our company with integrity and passion.
• Accountability for the jobs assigned to you/your team.
• Follow all safety regulations at all times, including inspecting equipment and using the proper equipment for each particular job.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Ability to work outdoors (rain or shine, cold or hot temperatures).
• Ability to lift and climb ladders.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds for short periods of time.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Have a valid driver's license.
