Job summary

Men In Kilts Lexington is hiring for full-time outdoor cleaning roles. No experience is required as we train the right people and offer growth from apprentice to technician and potentially to management.

This position focuses on residential window cleaning and related exterior services, with a team‑oriented, customer‑centric culture. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and work authorization required.
• Cleaning experience of 1 year preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential window cleaning services.
• Perform other home services as necessary.
• Secondary services may include screen cleaning, tracks, skylights, high ledges.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
• Safely and efficiently operate our fleet of tartan trucks and maintain equipment.
• Assist with processing payments and paperwork.
• Engage in marketing activities and occasional community events.
• Represent our company with integrity and passion.
• Follow all safety regulations and PPE standards.
