As an Installer in Louisville, you will help us deliver exceptional window installation and exterior remodel experiences, reporting to our Installation Manager and collaborating with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Operations staff.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction, or a strong desire to learn
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License
• Smartphone or device for logging into company systems with two-factor authentication

What You’ll Contribute

Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, preparing materials, and loading trucks
• Driving to customer homes, greeting clients, and establishing rapport
• Installing windows and exterior doors
• Ensuring cleanliness and care during installations
• Providing consistent, year-round work
