About The Role

TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company is seeking an experienced Winder II to join our manufacturing team. This is an intermediate-level position responsible for performing skilled manufacturing operations with minimal direction from a Team Leader or Supervisor.

The Winder II will work across a variety of technical manufacturing areas and will be responsible for maintaining product quality, performing electrical and mechanical testing, operating specialized equipment, and assisting with the training and development of junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Winder I or comparable electrical/mechanical manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
