Job summary

NIDEC Defense Group is seeking a windings operator to assemble and test winding components for electrical motors. The role requires a high school diploma and adherence to pre-established guidelines, working under direct supervision with routine decisions guided by supervisors.

Responsibilities include reading process sheets, setting up equipment, ensuring quality, maintaining materials and tolerances, and upholding safety and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write, and follow written BOM'S
• Must have the ability to plan and perform a sequence of operations where standard operational methods are available
