Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Windchill lead to drive PLM implementation, upgrade and migration efforts in a client environment. The role requires 5-7 years of Windchill PDMLink experience and a track record of delivering large-scale PLM projects with IT and business teams.

The candidate will manage stakeholders, collaborate with client program managers, and translate requirements into robust PLM designs, deliver As-Is/To-Be analyses, and coordinate configuration and customization work.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Experience with PLM Implementation, Upgrade and Migration with a minimum of 5-7 years in Windchill PDMLink.
• 2-3 End to End Implementations.
• Experience of PLM solution specification, configuration and implementation
• Broad understanding of application and technology integration frameworks
• Expertise with the application of structured methodologies for defining, implementing and maintaining end-to-end solutions using package solutions
• Demonstrable track record of successful delivery in a number of large-scale, high profile projects involving both business and IT components

Roles & Responsibilities

• The primary responsibilities for the Windchill lead will include
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align the project accordingly
• Collaborate with client program manager regarding project related activities
• Interact with Business Analysts to clarify and understand requirements
• Translate the requirements to Design
• Analyze and prepare As-Is and To-Be documentation
• Understand downstream integrated applications and functionalities
• Windchill configuration and customizations to meet the requirements
• Provide proof of concept (POC) if required
• Help onsite team to prepare documentation

Salary Range: $130,000-$140,000 a year
