• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; equivalence considered with progressive experience.

• Run stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture critical system and technical specifications.
• Contribute to design alternatives evaluation and create detailed design concepts for components or systems.
• Leverage testing feedback to develop and assess prototypes aligned with project goals.
• Develop specialized solution specifications and run advanced testing to meet requirements.
• Execute prototyping efforts, model design concepts, and lead testing and feedback synthesis.
• Run integration projects, solve complex technical challenges, and enhance system functionality.
• Optimize system performance through targeted tuning and address reliability concerns.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions across teams.
