Job summary

Razorleaf Corporation is seeking an experienced Windchill Solution Architect to lead Windchill implementations and guide client engagements. You will translate business needs into scalable PLM solutions and work directly with executives and technical teams to shape architecture.

This remote NA role offers opportunities to influence strategy, participate in pre‑sales, and deliver value across manufacturing environments. Travel is required as needed to align with client projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with PTC Windchill in a solution architecture role.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical Windchill solutions.
• Experience designing PLM solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Proven skills in leading client workshops and stakeholder management.
• Strong documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Windchill implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements with client stakeholders.
• Design scalable Windchill solutions aligned to business processes.
• Facilitate workshops to define requirements, future‑state processes, and roadmaps.
• Support pre‑sales activities including solution design and effort estimation.
• Guide technical teams to ensure alignment with the defined architecture.
• Engage throughout engagements to manage risk and evolving client needs.

We are seeking an experienced Windchill Solution Architect. This role is ideal for a hands‑on architect who enjoys working directly with clients, shaping solution strategy, and guiding complex Windchill implementations.

What You’ll Do

As a Windchill Solution Architect, you will ensure that Windchill implementations meet both technical and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead solution architecture for PTC Windchill implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Work directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
• Design scalable, maintainable Windchill solutions aligned to client business processes
• Facilitate and lead workshops to define requirements, future‑state processes, and solution roadmaps
• Develop and maintain functional specifications and solution architecture documentation
• Guide technical teams to ensure solutions align with the defined architecture
• Stay engaged throughout the lifecycle of each engagement to manage risk and ensure alignment with evolving client needs
• Support pre‑sales efforts including solution design, scoping, and effort estimation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, partners, and internal teams on Windchill best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with PTC Windchill in a solution architecture role
• Strong understanding of Windchill architecture, configuration, and administration
• Experience designing and delivering PLM solutions in manufacturing environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into well‑defined technical solutions
• Proven experience leading client workshops and working directly with executive and technical stakeholders
• Strong documentation and communication skills
