Job summary

Doist in Menlo Park, CA seeks an experienced PTC Windchill Application Manager to lead the implementation of a new Infrastructure PLM platform, integrating with MDM, ERP, sourcing, and manufacturing systems.

You will coordinate stakeholders, engineering teams, system integrators, and vendors across planning, design, data migration, testing, and production go-live, with a transition to a permanent operations team after stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in enterprise application management or implementation.
• 5+ years supporting or implementing PTC Windchill solutions.
• Experience coordinating system integrations and enterprise deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM implementation of the new Infrastructure PLM platform using PTC Windchill.
• Coordinate requirements, design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Provide functional and technical leadership for the Windchill deployment.
• Coordinate integrations with MDM, Modello ERP, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and analytics.
• Manage program delivery, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Ensure production readiness and transition to operations.
