A DAY IN THE LIFE
This Site Offers: the largest National Scenic Area of the Columbia River Gorge with breathtaking views of canyons, trails, waterfalls, & volcanos; along with Oregon’s seven wonders - the Coast, Mt. Hood, Crater Lake, Painted Hills, Wallowas, & Smith Rock; with activities like biking, hiking, fishing, watersports, and more...
In this role, you’ll perform maintenance and/or installation work on wind turbines with minimal supervision. You’ll follow defined schedules and safety procedures, and may mentor entry-level technicians.
During a typical day, you might be working 250 feet above ground or in confined spaces for maintenance and repairs. You’ll be outdoors, sometimes in challenging weather, climbing, carrying tools, and moving parts. Teamwork, professionalism, safety, and attention to detail are essential. We also value suggestions to improve safety and quality.

✓ You have a safety-focused mindset
✓ Your positive attitude helps you work well in a team, with motivation and initiative
✓ You can troubleshoot issues using process of elimination
✓ You bring at least 1 year of wind experience or 2-3 years in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical troubleshooting
