Tetra Tech is seeking Wind Turbine Technicians local to Taft or Corpus Christi, TX, with travel up to 50% across Texas. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining multiple turbine brands, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components, and ensuring safety and quality on wind farm sites.

Ideal candidates bring wind technician certification, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and the ability to read schematics, with a willingness to advance into lead technician roles as part of the

Qualifications

• Wind Technician Certification from an accredited Wind Academy or equivalent Trade School.
• Able to travel for in-state site work up to 50%.
• Willing to learn and progress into a lead technician role on site.
• Experience with turbine technology or being up-tower welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties with a primary focus on safety and quality.
• Read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment, wiring, or electrical systems on wind farm sites.
• Lead teams and train new employees when needed.
• Write reports and complete work orders documenting work performed.
