Job summary

Siemens Energy's Mountain Air Wind Farm in southern Idaho is seeking a skilled field technician to help keep equipment available and safe. You will ride service lifts to turbine towers, follow safety procedures, perform LOTO, and troubleshoot issues with a proactive, team-minded approach suited to a field environment.

You will work with the Lead Technician, mentor newer staff, and use tools to minimize MTBV and maximize uptime while adhering to Siemens' safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Family 9 troubleshooter skills.
• Ability to follow all safety protocol and perform LOTO.
• Attention to detail with checklists and snag list.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the UnitedStates without need for current or future employer-sponsored workauthorization.

Bring your family 9 troubleshooting skills to Mountain Air Wind Farm in southern Idaho. You will enjoy riding the service lifts to the top of the tower, feel secure in the, "life of the product" contract until 2032 while pondering how to help keep the site's availability at or above the usual 98.5% annual availability.
