Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or higher.
• 3+ years in a technical field, or completion of a technical certificate/degree.
• Ability to climb wind turbines up to 300 feet.
• Post-offer Functional Capacity Eval required.
• Valid driver's license (non CDL) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs regular preventative maintenance and repair on wind turbine power generation equipment.
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Maintains company equipment, facilities, and tooling.
• Shows safety leadership and mentors others on safety practices.
• Demonstrates problem solving and technical skills through reviews.
• Supports safety/environmental reporting and turbine availability.
