Job summary

NextEra Energy in Story City, IA is seeking a Generation Repair and Services Sales Manager to lead third‑party sales initiatives for repair services and procured parts, driving revenue and profitability. You will oversee a sales team, develop strategies, and foster strong customer relationships across wind and solar sectors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience, and a preference for 7+ years.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
4+ years in sales or business development.
7+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, development, and execution of third-party repair and parts sales for wind/solar equipment.
Drive revenue growth, gross profit, and margins through customer engagement and team leadership.
Develop and execute sales strategies, identify new market opportunities and relationships with customers, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
Coach and lead a sales team, set performance expectations, and monitor key metrics to achieve objectives.
Engage with customers, suppliers, and partners through visits, trade shows and conferences to promote capabilities and opportunities.
Coordinate with operations, production, supply chain, engineering, and leadership to align customer needs with capabilities.
Maintain sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines; analyze market trends and competition.
Handle post-sale inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
