The role requires at least 6 months of wind technician experience or related mechanical/electrical work, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and English proficiency. Training opportunities, PPE, and growth prospects are offered.

Qualifications

• Wind Site Technician role requires at least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Proficiency in English (read, speak, follow instructions).
• Valid driver’s license and legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document work and continuously improve operational processes.
• Accurately time code all work activities to support tracking of task duration and efficiency.
