Job Overview

As an intermediate Wind Turbine Technician, you will perform maintenance and installation on wind turbines with minimal supervision, following schedules and safety protocols. You may mentor entry-level technicians and work at heights up to 250 feet or in confined spaces, often outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Safety-focused mindset
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, motivated
• At least 1 year of wind experience or relevant certification, plus 2-3 years in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to climb stairs/ladders with up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with intermediate power tools and understanding of schematics
• Basic computer skills and data interpretation
