Job summary

Enel North America Inc. is seeking a Wind Maintenance Specialist to drive predictive maintenance and condition-based monitoring for the EGPNA wind fleet. You will manage CMS data, evaluate vibration metrics, and coordinate with OEMs and ISPs to implement proactive maintenance actions.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, data analytics capability, and excellent communication to report findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge on vibration measurement and analysis on drive trains.
• Experience with data mining and data analytics.
• Experience with SCADA analysis.
• Good written and verbal communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills with databases and programming languages (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, PowerBi).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the CMS program for EGPNA (vibration, oil and grease analysis, borescopes, blades) from data collection to maintenance recommendations.
• Perform real time monitoring and case management using vibration diagnostics software.
• Complete predictive maintenance analytics including CMS, temperature, tribology analyses.
• Analyze SCADA data for performance control and proactive problem solving.
• Review OEM/ISP recommendations and ensure actions are implemented.
