A leading renewable energy company in Colorado is looking for a Production Engineering Technician to provide technical support and improve manufacturing processes for wind turbine blades. This full-time position involves ensuring safety in production, troubleshooting issues, and leading process improvement projects. Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments with a strong understanding of process flow and factory operations.
• Experience with composite materials or a minimum of 2 years in a similar process-focused manufacturing role.
• Ability to create, update, and maintain SOPs, PWIs, and other production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and improve processes in wind turbine blade manufacturing.
• Ensure production processes are conducted safely and effectively.
