Qualifications

• Strong commitment to mastering the craft of blade building.
• 2 years manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) individuals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Safely producing quality products in a high-performing manufacturing plant.
• Cutting fiberglass cloth and applying layers onto mold.
• Trimming, drilling, grinding, sanding, and finishing cured parts to specifications.
