Winchester Ammunition conducts a Process Engineer Co-Op (Spring 2027) across multiple sites to develop hands-on project leadership and continuous improvement in small caliber ammunition production. Applicants must be enrolled in an Industrial, Mechanical, or Metallurgical program with a 3.0 GPA, completed sophomore year, and readiness to work
The Process Engineer Co-Op supports operations, maintenance, and safety teams in manufacturing excellence goals. This includes continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. This role can serve as the engineering representative on small capital projects including justification, obtaining approval, ordering, and installation processes and equipment.
