Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Winch Truck Driver to operate a winch-equipped truck and safely move equipment to and from job sites. Duties include loading/unloading, daily inspections, and adhering to DOT regulations.

Candidates must have a valid Class A CDL, be 21+, and able to travel across state lines. Prior energy services experience is a plus, and you will be expected to work independently or in a team as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience transporting equipment and materials.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Energy services industry experience preferred.
• Meet all DOT requirements.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Maintain a clean driving record and driver qualification.
• Flexible scheduling and travel across state lines.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Obey traffic laws and follow transportation procedures.
• Operate company vehicle in a safe manner in compliance with DOT standards.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment.
• Transport materials to and from job sites.
• Load and unload trucks and perform daily truck inspections.
• Communicate equipment and material issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned.
