Technician (1 full-time position available)

Fast-growing and employee-friendly company, with an exciting opportunity for a Technician in our Wilmington, DE office.

We are seeking a candidate who wants to work in a friendly and safe environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Fabricates, including but not limited to, lay-ups and lamination, molding, shaping/forming, assembly, and static bench alignment.
• Performs quality checks on materials, procedures, and completed work to ensure accuracy of fit, operation, durability, and cosmetic appearance of prosthetics and orthoses fabricated or repaired.
• Completes assigned work for device delivery per company standards.
• Determines the prosthetic needs of the patient by interpreting data and measurements provided by the clinician.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
• Creates effective relationships with staff and customers.
• Helps ensure internal and external customer responsiveness.
• Adheres to Employee Handbook, Infection Control Policies, Procedures, and applicable standards including ABC, BOC, and JCAHO.
• Participates in projects as needed.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

• Initiates efforts in quality improvement.

• Recognizes issues and requirements of problems.
• High School Diploma required.
