Duties
  1. Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate planning strategies
  2. Draft both foundational and advanced estate planning documents, including irrevocable trusts
  3. Incorporate estate, gift, and income tax planning into client strategies
  4. Lead client meetings and maintain long-term client relationships
  5. Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff to implement client plans
  6. Stay current with evolving tax laws and trust/estate planning best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in trusts and estates law
  • Extensive experience serving clients with $20M+ in assets
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex estate planning matters
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

Licensed to practice law in the State of New York (required)
