We are searching for a new Busperson confident in delivering unforgettable experiences through a warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service from starter to dessert and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Strive to make every meal truly memorable for guests by serving with high standards and signature flair.
• Own and maintain the kitchen, keeping it well stocked and always clean and safe.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when the team needs you.
• Minimize waste and keep your supervisor or duty manager informed about unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents.
• Take on ad‑hoc duties to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) and perform bending and kneeling.
• Basic reading, writing, and maths skills.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local food handling laws, serving alcohol, and fluency in the local language. Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Excellent communication skills; warm, welcoming, and approachable.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay rate for this role is $21.00 in Washington, DC. Pay may be adjusted based on experience and other factors.
