Descrizione del lavoro

Job Description

You'd rather spend your day solving real problems than sitting behind a desk. You're comfortable working outdoors, getting into attics and crawlspaces, and figuring out how wildlife is getting into someone's home. If that sounds like your kind of work, Precision Pest and Wildlife Removal wants to meet you.

Based in Honea Path, South Carolina, Precision is a veteran- and woman-owned, family-run company serving homeowners throughout the Upstate. The owners work alongside the team in the field and in the office, and everyone plays a part in the company's success. Integrity, accountability, and continual growth aren't just words here. You'll receive paid monthly training, regular coaching, and a personal development plan tailored to your goals.

As our Wildlife Tech, you'll trap and relocate nuisance wildlife, seal entry points, install exclusion materials, and help restore areas damaged by animals. You'll have the independence to solve problems in the field while knowing your team has your back. There's also a real path forward, with opportunities to advance into senior technician, wildlife management, and operations leadership roles.

You'll earn $18-$22 per hour, based on experience, with performance bonuses, PTO, health insurance, and a retirement plan. The work follows wildlife activity and weather conditions, so hours can run longer during the busy spring-through-fall season and become lighter in winter.

If you're dependable, hands-on, and ready to build a career with people who invest in your growth, we'd love to hear from you.
