Job summary

Waynes is seeking a Wildlife Service Professional in the United States (Mississippi/Columbus area) to perform field wildlife control, inspections, exclusions, and installation of bait stations. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with customers, working outdoors, and following strict safety protocols.

A valid driver's license and ability to pass drug and background checks are required. Responsibilities include inspecting properties for wildlife damage, removing nuisance wildlife,

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
• Inspect and identify properties for wildlife damage on roofs, attics, crawlspaces
• Remove nuisance wildlife from residential and commercial properties
• Perform exclusion work to prevent reentry
• Install and service bait stations and exclusion devices
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment
• Enter crawlspaces and tight spaces with possible wildlife encounters
• Communicate safety obstacles and maintain a safety-first mindset
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Work in varying weather conditions

• Remove nuisance wildlife from residential and commercial properties with the ability to dispatch the wildlife


• Perform exclusion work to prevent the reentry of wildlife into homes and businesses


• Install and service bait stations and exclusion devices


• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment


• Enter crawlspaces/ tight spaces with the possibility of close encounters with wildlife such as snakes, opossums, raccoons, bats, etc.


• Identify and communicate any safety-related obstacles and lead with a safety-first mindset


• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally


• Ability to work in different types of weather conditions
