Overview

Critter Control Operations is seeking a skilled and dedicated Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the safe and effective exclusion of wildlife from residential and commercial properties, along with performing necessary repairs to prevent future intrusions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or related fields, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to responsible nuisance wildlife management.

Responsibilities

Critter Control Operations (CCO) is a leading provider of wildlife management services. We specialize in wildlife removal, exclusion, and damage repair for residential and commercial properties. Our mission is to provide safe, effective, and responsible solutions to nuisance wildlife and pest problems.

A Day in the Life
  • Perform inspections of properties to identify wildlife entry points
  • Install exclusion materials like screens, chimney caps, vent covers
  • Conduct minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations
  • Use trapping and relocation techniques
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with software; Salesforce experience is a plus
Work Environment

Candidates must be physically capable of performing duties in various outdoor conditions, including driving, walking, climbing, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work safely on roofs, ladders, and uneven terrain, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
