Overview: Critter Control Operations is seeking a skilled Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to join our team. This role involves ensuring the safe exclusion of wildlife from properties and performing repairs to prevent future intrusions. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or related fields, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to responsible wildlife management.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections of properties to identify wildlife entry points.
  • Install exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, and vent covers.
  • Conduct minor repairs to roofs, siding, and foundations.
  • Use trapping and relocation techniques safely.
  • Maintain accurate service records and provide reports to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with software; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Must be physically capable of performing job duties, including climbing ladders, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
