Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Wildlife Inspector to inspect homes and businesses for nuisance wildlife and protect property from entry points.

The role offers a production-based environment with a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package. You will educate customers on long-term protection and may earn commissions through upsell opportunities on wildlife exclusion services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of homes and businesses to assess for nuisance wildlife activity (squirrels, raccoons, bats, rodents).
• Identify entry points, infestation level, and steps to protect the property.
• Educate customers on long-term protection and wildlife exclusion warranties.
• Build trust with customers and upsell additional services for earnings.

Wildlife Inspector / Pest Control

Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Wildlife Inspector to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers. This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A WILDLIFE TECHNICIAN

As a Wildlife Inspector, you are excited to start your route each day. You'll perform thorough inspections of homes and businesses to assess for nuisance wildlife activity-things like squirrels, raccoons, bats, and rodents. You'll identify entry points, assess the level of infestation or risk, and determine what steps are needed to protect the property.

Using your expertise, you'll educate customers on long-term protection and recommend our wildlife exclusion warranties, offering them peace of mind and year-round coverage. Your ability to build trust and propose additional services will directly supplement your earnings with commissions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
• Able to pass internal technical exams
