Xceptional Wildlife Inc. is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist to join our in-person team in Atlanta, GA.

You will assess properties, plan exclusion strategies, and securely seal entry points to prevent future wildlife intrusions, while working closely with colleagues to complete projects efficiently. Candidates should have at least 2 years of industry experience in wildlife exclusion or related roofing work, with strong problem‑solving skills and a valid driver’s license.

We are currently seeking proficient and experienced Wildlife Exclusion Specialists to join our esteemed team. As a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist at Xceptional Wildlife Inc., your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks related to wildlife removal and exclusion, including:

• Skillful assessment, planning, and execution of wildlife exclusion strategies


• Thoroughly inspecting properties for entry points and vulnerable areas


• Safely and effectively sealing off access points to prevent wildlife intrusion


• Installing barriers and deterrents to prevent future wildlife encounters


• Collaborating seamlessly with team members to ensure efficient project completion


• Strictly adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment


• Be actively involved with the community.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable expertise as a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist, with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience or ROOFING experience is acceptable.

• Some familiarity with wildlife behavior, entry points, and exclusion techniques.


• Adeptness in using tools and materials to seal and secure properties effectively.


• Keen attention to detail coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills.


• Physical fitness and capability to work effectively in various weather conditions.


• Strong work ethic with an unwavering commitment to delivering superior results.


• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
