Job summary

A&A Wildlife & Home Solutions in Metro Atlanta and Northeast Georgia seeks an Experienced Wildlife Control Technician with sales capabilities to join our expanding team. You will perform wildlife inspections, install traps, and manage exclusions, while consulting homeowners to close work and maximize earnings.

This full-time W-2 role offers hourly pay $20-$35 plus uncapped commissions, PTO, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in wildlife control, trapping, and exclusion.
• Ability to build trust with clients and present clear solutions without high-pressure tactics.
• Comfortable working outdoors, in attics/crawlspaces, and using extension ladders up to 40 feet.
• Capable of regularly lifting and carrying 50-75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough wildlife inspections and identify structural entry points.
• Install traps, one-way doors, and perform full-home wildlife exclusions (sealing gaps, vents, roof lines).
• Perform minor exterior repairs related to wildlife damage.
• Communicate inspection results professionally to homeowners.
• Recommend legitimate solutions, provide estimates, and sell additional services (attic restoration, insulation, pest control).
• Earn uncapped commissions on qualifying sales on top of hourly pay.

• Installing traps, one‑way doors, and executing full‑home wildlife exclusions (sealing gaps, vents, roof lines, etc.).
• Performing minor exterior repairs related to wildlife damage.
• Communicating inspection results professionally to homeowners.
• Recommending legitimate solutions, providing estimates, and selling additional services (attic restoration, insulation, pest control).
• Earning uncapped commissions on qualifying sales on top of hourly pay.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in wildlife control, trapping, and exclusion.
• Ability to build trust with clients and present clear solutions without high‑pressure tactics.
• Comfortable working outdoors, in attics/crawlspaces, and using extension ladders up to 40 feet.
• Capable of regularly lifting and carrying 50-75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Industry credentials (Georgia trapping permit, pest control license, NWCO) are preferred.
• Full‑time W-2 stability with consistent year‑round work.
