Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Construction/Wildlife Specialist to service residential and commercial customers, conducting wildlife exclusion, trapping, and related carpentry tasks.

You will inspect properties, assess needs, and implement solutions to ensure a pest-free environment. The role emphasizes customer service experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months related construction experience.
• Ability to set live traps.
• Experience with ladder/harness work.
• Understanding of different construction types.
• Strong customer service background (2+ years).
• Attention to detail, organized, punctual, and able to lead others.
• Must be able to tow a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by law.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers to provide wildlife and pest control services, addressing needs to ensure value and satisfaction.
• Perform exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct inspections, trapping, baiting, carpentry tasks, and crawl space work.
• Inspect properties for wildlife/rodent damage and propose solutions.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.
