Job summary

White Oak Conservation seeks a Bartender to deliver exceptional bar service and engage guests while supporting Food Service and Guest Relations teams. The role contributes to a vibrant bar atmosphere and advances our conservation mission with every pour.

The ideal candidate will develop bartending skills, enjoy guest interaction, and work in a hospitality environment that aligns with conservation goals. Requires flexibility for nights and events.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of bartending practices and procedures.
• At least two years’ experience in bartending, food service, hospitality, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffs bar based on guest activity and adapts shifts to guest needs under management.
• Maintains an attractive, organized bar display and ensures cleanliness of bar, patio and service areas.
• Mixes, garnishes, and serves drinks per standard and house recipes while managing orders.
• Coordinates with departments for event specifics and provides seamless service.
• Handles POS transactions and assists in monthly alcohol inventory and ordering.
• Maintains safe working environment and adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Delivers professional food and beverage service and supports Guest Relations as needed.
