Qualifications

• Valid CDL license or learner's permit with the ability to obtain a CDL within 12 weeks.
• Pass pre-employment process including background, medical evaluations, and fitness tests.
• Must meet Moderate Work Capacity Test (WCT) or Physical Agility Test (PAT) annually.
• Willing to live/relocate within 45 minutes of assigned work location.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fire control duties using heavy equipment.
• Maintain buildings, grounds and firefighting equipment.
• Operate fire engines and hoselays as needed.
• Prepare reports and assist with fire prevention campaigns.
