Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew to monitor quality and progress to meet timelines.
• Set guidelines and performance expectations for crew members.
• Evaluate employee performance.
• Respond to wildland fires and all-risk incidents.
• Operate fire apparatus and equipment; supervise maintenance checks.
• Present and assist in District training needs and ensure physical fitness.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed by subordinates.
• Maintain inventory levels and keep bays organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
