Job summary

The Coordinator is responsible for the following:

• Coordination of our school-age care programs–Wildcat Care and Little Cats
• Hiring staff
• Managing/Supervising staff members
• Communicating with parents and staff
• Entering family data and schedules into database software
• Maintaining confidential family data and information
• Entering billing and processing payments through software
• Coordinating field trips and activities for students
• Maintaining program website
• Working directly with school administration
• The program coordinator is responsible for our Little Cats (prek students) and Wildcat Care programs.

The Wildcat Care Coordinator is a 12-month position with hours of 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Training/experience in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management is desirable.

The wage range for this position is $24.78 to $26.78/hour.
