Responsibilities

• Coordinate school-age care programs—Wildcat Care and Little Cats.
• Hire staff.
• Manage/supervise staff members.
• Communicate with parents and staff.
• Enter family data and schedules into database software.
• Maintain confidential family data and information.
• Enter billing and process payments through software.
• Coordinate field trips and activities for students.
• Maintain program website.
• Work directly with school administration.
• The coordinator is responsible for the Little Cats (prek) and Wildcat Care programs.
