Position Overview:

We are seeking hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, and customer service-driven individuals to join our dynamic team. Employees enjoy great benefits, amenity usage, and more!

Position: Clubhouse Line Cook

Type: Part-time or full-time, with day, night, and weekend shifts available

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and cooking various menu items and food lines.
  • Setting up and stocking lines for opening shifts; breaking down and cleaning the line during closing shifts.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen areas and equipment, following cleaning schedules.
  • Fostering a cordial work environment and communicating effectively with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Adhering to all state health and safety regulations.
  • Managing food storage, rotation, date marking, and replenishment.
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment and following instructions.
  • Applying knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Cleaning work areas, equipment, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware.
  • Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards as set by the Chef de Cuisine.
