Job Responsibilities

1. Perform machine tending operations, operating various machines in a production environment.
2. Always wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
3. Observe all safety requirements and maintain a clean and organized work area, including the production area, machine cleaning, and general cleaning.
4. Safely use fixtures and tools needed for tasks, such as trimming and assembly.
5. Perform routine duties related to molding/forming, inspecting, packaging, and assembling components according to customer requirements.
6. Operate assigned press/machine(s) safely and efficiently.
7. Operate various machines/equipment used for assembly operations.
8. Assemble plastic products at a pace consistent with machinery speed or standard volume.
9. Conduct visual inspections of each part to ensure compliance with requirements.
10. Perform measurements to verify compliance with specifications.
11. Report deviations and product issues to supervisors or quality department.
12. Pack and prepare finished parts in appropriate containers.
13. Apply labels to containers as required.
14. Suggest continuous improvement activities related to production processes and product quality.
15. Complete all required documentation accurately.
16. Participate in employee meetings to understand plant performance and improvement opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $15.12 - $22.68 per hour.
