Ardor Printing | Snohomish, WA | Full-Time, On-Site | $25–30/hr DOE — flexible for the right experience.

Ardor Printing is one of the highest-volume fleet wrap shops in the Seattle area, running a top-of-the-line large-format shop. We're a small team of about 10 people so your work has visible impact and you're not a cog in a big machine.

We're looking for a pre-press specialist who knows how to take artwork and turn it into install-ready files for vehicle wraps, wall wraps, signage, and banners. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the shop.

This is a file setup role, not a design role. If you've paneled a vehicle wrap, know your bleed and overlap, and can preflight a file without hand-holding, we want to talk to you.

What you\'ll do

• Set up print-ready files for full/partial vehicle wraps, wall wraps, signage, banners, and decals
• Build accurate panel layouts with correct bleed and overlap for install
• Preflight incoming artwork and resolve file issues before they hit the printer
• Manage color profiles and keep output consistent
• Work directly with production and installers to keep jobs moving

What you need

• Real experience setting up files for vehicle wraps
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills (3+ years)
• Solid grasp of bleed, overlap, scaling, and install-ready layout
• Comfortable working fast without sacrificing accuracy

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience running or maintaining roll-to-roll printers — we\'ll train the right person
• RIP software experience (Caldera, Onyx, or similar)
• Laminating/finishing knowledge
