• File preparation and color management knowledge; familiarity with RIP software.
• Hands-on installation skills for vinyl graphics on various surfaces.
• Attention to detail for measuring, trimming, and final inspection.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork with design, production, and customer service.
• Physical ability to lift/move materials and work on ladders or lifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; printing/ signage preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site installations.
