• Support print production by preparing files, checking layouts, and staging jobs.
• Monitor print quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning under supervision.
• Assist with finishing tasks such as trimming, laminating, and mounting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with production, design, and installation teams.

Position Summary

The Wide Format Digital Press Trainee is an entry-level position responsible for learning and assisting in the operation of wide format digital printing equipment. This role supports the production team in producing high-quality printed graphics, signage, and related products while developing the skills needed to become a fully independent operator. This position pays $15 to $18 an hour, depending on experience.
