Job summary

Adagio Health Inc is seeking a full-time Nutritionist in Butler, PA to educate and counsel WIC participants. The role focuses on nutrition education, counseling, and program certification. A bachelor's in nutrition/dietetics or public health and a valid driver’s license are required.

Daily duties include phone counseling, breastfeeding support, tailoring food packages, and documenting participant information. Travel to regional locations is expected, with mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition/dietetics or public health including MNT I and II.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire for public health nutrition education.
• Valid driver;s license is required.
• Weekly travel to regional locations; mileage reimbursed at federal rates.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and educate participants over the phone.
• Provide breastfeeding support and referrals as needed.
• Tailor food packages to meet each family's supplemental needs.
• Document and schedule participants in the program.
